Common Issues

The add-on is not loading

Try refreshing the page (Ctrl+Shift+R). If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace.

AI responses are slow or empty

This can happen during high traffic. Wait a moment and try again. If the problem continues, contact support.

Custom functions show #ERROR

Make sure you have an active internet connection. If the error persists, open the sidebar (Extensions > LunaRabbit > Open Sidebar) to check your account status.

I want to delete my account

Send an email to privacy@lunarabbit.ai with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we will process it within 30 days (typically much sooner).

I want to opt out of beta testing

If you are a draft tester and wish to stop participating, email support@lunarabbit.ai with the subject "Opt Out of Beta Testing" and we will remove you promptly.
